The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Monday, May 19, 1919


Charles J. Griffing died at his home in Kalamazoo on Saturday at the age of 
76.  The remains arrived today at the Bradley mortuary and the funeral will be 
held on Tuesday at 2 o’clock at the grave at Highland Park, Rev. A. R. 
Mitchell officiating.  Mr. Griffing was an uncle of Albert G. Bedford, 
formerly a resident of Ionia, now of Detroit.
