GRIFFITHS, WILLIAM H., 88, husband of Maxine, father of Thomas Griffiths and 
the late Ann Hollander, brother of Geraldine Tillie, son of Hanna R. (Bonner) 
and William P. Griffiths.  He was Superintendent of Portland Public Schools 
from 1952 to 1966, later served on Ionia County Mental Health Board, Ionia 
County Commission on Aging, and Portland School Board.
