Arthur B. Gross, 74, 5451 Roberts Street, Orleans, died Friday at Belding 
community Hospital following a two month illness.  Mr. Gross was born February 
20, 1893 at Lansing.  He lived for awhile at Detroit and had been a resident or 
Orleans for 16 years.  

He was a veteran of World War I and a member of the Belding American Legion.  
On November 3, 1957 he was married to the former Amy Almas at Ionia.  She 
survived.  Other survivors are two brothers Howard W. Gross, Fort Lauderdale, 
Florida and Floyd Gross, Cape Coral, Florida.

Funeral services were held Monday at Huffman Funeral Home.  Reverend Robert 
Lilley officiated.  Interment was in Orleans Cemetery.
