Ionia Sentinel Standard, 13 May 1965

William Franklin Gross, 86, former resident of Ionia, died May 11 at 7 p.m. in
Osteopathic hospital in Grand Rapids.  He lived in Ionia in the early 1920’s and
was married in 1923 to Viola Catherine Hyser.  She preceded him in death in 1936.

Surviving are five sons, William, Jr., of Newaygo, Edward, George and Robert of
Grand Rapids and Douglas of Kalamazoo.

Funeral service will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Alt funeral home in Grand Rapids. 
Burial will be at Highland Park cemetery.
