Our loving blessed Daddy has gone to be with the Lord.  John Edward Gundy, 86, 
of Lake Odessa, passed Tuesday, May 6, 2014, in Belding.  He was born March 19, 
1928 in Sterns, Kentucky.

John grew up in the South and moved to Sunfield, Michigan, as a young man with 
his parents.

In 1950 he married Elaine Nina Davis, in Angola, Indiana; she became his wife 
of 64 years.  They had four lovely daughters, Rosaleen, Lesa, Darlene and 
Karen; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-
grandchildren.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
