Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 29 Apr 1964

Saranac – Funeral service for Mrs. Anna L. Guernsey, 73, who died Monday evening
in a fire at her home at 41 Vosper street, will be conducted at 2:30 Thursday
afternoon at Morris funeral home.  The Rev. Karl Pike, pastor of Galilee Baptist
church, will officiate and interment will be at Highland Park cemetery at Ionia.
 Mrs. Guernsey was born May 2, 1890 in Gratiot county.

She is survived by a son, Leonard Guernsey and a daughter, Mrs. Gerald Robinson,
both of Saranac; 12 grandchildren; one brother, Frank Helms of Plainwell, and a
sister, Mrs. Martha Traenor of San Francisco, Calif.
