Rev. Charles Fullmer will officiate and interment will be at Easton cemetery. Mrs. Gustafson died Friday morning at her home at 726 Hackett. Born in Easton township May 16, 1904, she was the daughter of William and Anna Shannon Ward. She attended Grove school and attended and graduated from Ionia high school. June 7, 1922 she was married in Ionia to Harvey Gustafson and lived her entire married life in Ionia. Mr. and Mrs. Gustafson would have celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in June. She was a member of First United Methodist church, former member of its Afternoon circle and was a member of the former Hawley class. She belonged to Ionia Country club, Women’s Literary club, Ionia County Memorial hospital Silver guild. Surviving besides her husband, Harvey, are a son, William of Mr. Pleasant; three grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Bernice Erdmann of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Mrs. Gustafson will be at Leddick funeral home until noon Monday when she will be taken to the church for services. Family will be at the funeral home Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A memorial has been established for the heart fund.
