She was ailing, and picked up the cup by mistake, supposing it to be the remedy she desired. Her daughter, had just been using the carbolic acid, but she must have forgotten about it. She only lived about five minutes after taking the fatal draught. She was 92 years old, and “spry” for her age. She was mother of eight children, five of whom are living. She leaves besides, 29 grand children, 31 great grand children, and four great, great grand children. Funeral Thursday and interment at Vickeryville.
