  MRS. JACOB HASS DIES AT IONIA
Mrs. Wilhelmina Haas, who died at her home in Ionia early last week, formerly 
resided near Ferguson's corners on US-16. Death followed an illness of two 
weeks of pneumonia. She was born in Germany 67 years ago and came to this 
country with her parents when she was but three. She is survived by her 
husband, Jacob Haas; eight children, Carl Haas, Moline, Ill.; Emil Haas, of 
Grand Rapids; Fred Haas, of Columbus, O.; Mrs. Cora Hall, of Los Angeles, Cal.; 
John Haas, Detroit; Mrs. Ruth Youngs, Grand Rapids; Roy Haas, Ionia; George 
Haas, Grand Rapids.
