Ionia Sentinel Standard, 12 Aug 1929

George Haas, 72, of Lake Odessa, died in Blodgett hospital Saturday as the
result of heart disease and the funeral services will be held at his home near
Lake Odessa Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock.  The interment will be in the
Portland cemetery.  Mr. Haas is survived by his widow, two sons, and a daughter.
