Ionia Daily Sentinel, 5 May 1915

Leonard John, the seven-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. John Haberstumpf, died this
morning at 7:30 at his home after an operation which was performed for
appendicitis on Tuesday.  Dr. Smith of Grand Rapids was here on the case
Tuesday.  The funeral will be attended from the residence, 364 King street,
Friday afternoon at 2:30.

[Transcriber's Note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that he was
buried in Oak Hill Cemetery.]
