The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, March 13, 1939


Funeral services will be attended Wednesday morning at 9 o’clock from St. 
Mary’s church, Grand Rapids for Mrs. Anna Hackenbruch, 84, who died Sunday at 
the home of her son, Joseph P., in Portland.

Surviving are two other sons, Rudolph C. of Grand Rapids and Emil A. of 
Detroit; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Hackenbruch resided for years in Grand Rapids before she moved to Portland 
two years ago.
