Mrs. Haddix had been ill since Friday and had been confined in bed Sunday and Monday. Coroner Dale Kauffman said death was due to coronary thrombosis. Mrs. Haddix was the widow of the late Bishop Haddix, former meat market owner and businessman in Lake Odessa. Funeral arrangements were incomplete pending word from a son-in-law, Clarence Yager, who is en-route to Florida, and word from a granddaughter and family of Birmingham.
