Miss Blanche Haddow was found dead in bed at the home of her brother, Fred 
Haddow, of Grand Rapids. Sunday morning Feb. 18th.  She was 65 years of age and 
had been a lifelong resident of Palo.  For several years she was a clerk in the 
stores of C. L. Kling and H. D. Pew.  

Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at the Baptist church and 
burial was in the Palo cemetery.  She leaves two brothers, Fred of Grand Rapids 
and George of Butte, Montana.
