She was born May 14, 1946, in Fenwick, the daughter of Cecil and Agnes Philips Buck. She married Richard J. Hagadus on Sept. 6, 1975, in Greenville. Mrs. Hagadus was a longtime resident of the Portland area. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Cecil Buck. She is survived by her husband, Richard J. Hagadus; their children, Diana Hagadus, of Lake Odessa, Bonnie Hissong of Lansing, Gloria Maynard of Fenwick, Agnes Hagadus of Boardman, Ohio, Douglas and Carolyn Hissong of Ionia, Kirk Hissong of Portland; four grandchildren; four sisters, Sarah and William Toppel of Grand Rapids, Geraldine Lafayette, Joyce and Kenneth Copp, all of Rockford, Diane and Michael Kettner of Grand Rapids; five brothers, Eugene and Lois Buck of Stanton, Jordan and Mary Buck of Stanton, Gerald and Paulette Buck of Colorado, Jerry and Marlene Buck of Traverse City, David Buck of Trufant; and sister-in-law, Dorothy Buck of Grand Rapids. Funeral services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Simpson Family Funeral Home, Sheridan, with Mrs. Hagadus’ nephew, Timothy Buck, officiating. Interment is in Maple Ridge Cemetery, Vickeryville. Visitation is from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
