Hahn, 82, will be held at Myers funeral home Tuesday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Theodore Timler, pastor of St. Johns Lutheran church, officiating. Mr. Hahn died Saturday morning at his home, 3136 Alter road, Detroit, following an illness of one month. He was born November 20, 1877 in Heydenhof, Germany, the son of Herman and Wilhelmina Tafel Hahn, and was married to Sibylla Philipp. She died October 12, 1957. Mr. Hahn was a former resident of Ionia and moved to Detroit 12 years ago. He is survived by three sons, Emil Hahn of South Bend, Ind., Richard of Detroit and Robert of Cleveland, Ohio; five daughters, Mrs. Adolph (Anna) Krueger, Mrs. Frank (Wilhelmina) Csanyi, Mrs. James (Helen) Norris and Lucille Hahn of Detroit, and Mrs. Henry (Bertha) Bishop of Grand Rapids; 11 grandchildren, and two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Herman Hahn and Mrs. Max Hahn of Ionia. Interment will be at Balcom cemetery.
