All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/mi/mifiles.htm ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Marilyn Ransom mlnransom@chartermi.net June 13, 2013, 5:43 pm The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, September 29, 1930 Sons Herman Hahn, Carl, Max, Emil and Herman, Jr., and grandsons, Emil Hahn, Jr. and Irvin Hahn, served as bearers at the funeral services of Herman Hahn, Sr., who died in Lansing the last of the week, which were conducted from the home of the son, Max, 635 North Jefferson street and from the Evangelical Lutheran church Saturday afternoon. Rev. B. H. Succop presided at the services and those at the church were conducted in English and German. Interment took place in Oak Hill cemetery. The arrangement of flowers was in the hand of Mrs. Pauline Meisling and Mrs. Lena Smith. Those from out of town to attend the services were Mr. and Mrs. Fred Speckin, Louis Tafel, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Hahn, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Tafel, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Black, Lansing; Mrs. Albert Schoeder, Detroit; Mr. and Mrs. Herman Hahn, Jr., and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Hahn, Kalamazoo; Mr. and Mrs. Frank Burtraw, Muir; Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Malewitz, Jackson, Mr. and Mrs. Hubbell and Mr. Jeffrey, Lowell.
