Ionia Sentinel Standard, 10 Apr 1965

Mrs. Minnie C. Hahn, 82, of 124 South Jackson street, widow of Herman Hahn, died
suddenly Friday evening at 7 o’clock.  She was born in Germany February 9, 1883
and came to United States in 1885 with her parents and lived north of
Greenville.  Following her marriage September 25, 1901, they came to Ionia and
had resided at the present residence since 1912.  Mr. Hahn died May 4, 1943.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Hackett, a son, Earl Hahn; one
granddaughter and two great-grandchildren all of Lansing; also a sister, Mrs.
Fred Prall of Ionia.

Funeral service will be Monday at 3 p.m. at Myers funeral home.  The Rev. Lester
C. Bailey of First Methodist church will officiate and interment will be at
Highland Park cemetery.
