Funeral services for Mrs. Elmer Haight, 73, were held from the home Thursday, 
April 11, at two o’clock, Rev. Floyd Drake officiating.  Interment was in the 
West Side cemetery.  

Mrs. Haight, who had been feeling well the day before, died suddenly Tuesday 
morning of a heart attack.  Mrs. Haight, whose maiden name was Annie Mack, was 
born in New York, later coming to Michigan where the most of her life was 
spent.  She was married to Arthur Corey in 1884, death calling him in 1910.  In 
1929 she was married to Elmer Haight, who survives her.

Among those from out of town who attended the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Harry 
Corey of Grand Ledge and Mrs. Manning of Owosso.  Relatives from Detroit, Ionia 
and other cities also attended.
