Lake Odessa Wave-Thurs. October 30, 1958

HENRY HALE DIED THURSDAY
Henry J. Hale, son of Mr and Mrs Earn Hale of route 1, passed away Thursday 
night at the Ionia county Memorial Hospital.

The two year old boy suffered injuries when struck or run over by a car about 
four hours earlier at his home. He was playing in the yard and was not seen 
by the driver of the car. Florence Wireman of Lima, Ohio, when she was 
turning the car around in the yard. She is  relative of the Hales and was 
visiting at the home on Goodemoot road when the accident happened.

Funeral services were held Sunday at 2 at the Ellis Funeral Home at Belding 
with burial in the River Ridge Cemetery.

Surviving besides the parents are an eight month old sister, Ida Mae and 
grandparents, Mr and Mrs Ben Hale of Parma and Mr and Mrs Jake Wireman of 
route 1, Lake Odessa.
