The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, April 8, 1941
Mrs. Agnes Halik, wife of Martin Halik, of Nicholson street, died Tuesday 
morning at the University of Michigan hospital where she was taken in 
February.  She came to Ionia about 26 years ago and has lived here ever 
since.  She was a member of SS Peter and Paul church.

Surviving are the husband, Martin; two sons, Frank and John Halik of Ionia; a 
daughter, Mrs. Mary Sochor of Flint, and an aged mother, Mrs. Thomas Rybnikor, 
and a brother, John of Czechoslovakia.  She also has a sister, Mrs. Joseph 
Febolt, of Pennsylvania.

Funeral services will be conducted from the home in Ionia at 9:30 Thursday 
morning and at 10 a.m. from SS Peter and Paul church.  Rev. Fr. John S. Fons 
will officiate and interment will be at Mt. Olivet cemetery.
