Ionia Sentinel Standard – Monday, 10 July 1922
Mrs. Rachel Hall, for many years a resident of Ionia county, passed away 
Sunday morning at 11:30 at the home of her son, Freeman Hall, in the northern 
part of Ronald Township.  Mrs. Hall, who was at the time of her death 82 years 
of age, has been ill for a long time.  Besides her son, Freeman Hall, at whose 
home she died, she leaves another son, Pearl Hall, of Chicago, Ill., and a 
daughter, Mrs. L. W. Griffith, of Palo.  The funeral will be held Tuesday 
afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Palo Baptist church.  Rev. Fisler, of St. Johns 
will officiate.
