Christian, in Owosso. She suffered a stroke of paralysis seven weeks ago and never regained consciousness. Body was brought to Lyons yesterday and the funeral was held this afternoon at the home of her brother, J.P. Brown, one mile west of town, on the 63rd anniversary of her birth. Deceased was born in Governeour, N.Y., January 8, 1857. She came with her parents to Lyons where her girlhood days were spent. In 1883 she was married to Henry H. Hall of this village, who preceded her in death two years ago. Several years of her married life were spent in Arkansas and St. Louis, Mo., but after the death of her husband, she, with her daughter and grand child, came back to Lyons to be near home friends and relatives. A year ago this month Mrs. Hall went to Owosso to visit her sister, but failing decided her to take up her residence in that city. August 5th she suffered a stroke of paralysis which left her comparatively helpless. November 13 she sustained a second stroke and passed away January 6, after nearly eight weeks of unconsciousness. She leaves to mourn her loss a daughter, Mrs. Katherine Kern, and a sister, Mrs. T.O. Christian, of Owosso; also three brothers, Frank L. Brown of Owosso, J. Prescott Brown of Lyons and Myron E.
