The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, October 7, 1947

Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the Myers 
funeral home for Delbert Hall who died Friday morning at his home at 514 
Blanchard Court.  Interment was in Green’s cemetery near Belding.  The Rev. 
Leo P. Heintz conducted the services.  Harold Hall, Herman Hall, Homer Hall, 
Franklin Hall, Gilbert DeLine and Richard Zander were his bearers.

Relatives attending the services from away were Mr. and Mrs. William Metzger 
of Gaylord; Mr. and Mrs. DeWitt Denslow of Stanwood; Mrs. Adeline Ensign and 
Mr. and Mrs. L. Burns of Newberry; Mrs. Jesse Nutte and son of Detroit; Mr. 
and Mrs. William Turvo of Ann Arbor; Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Thren, Mr. and Mrs. 
Carl Thren and Barbara, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Thren and Vivian, and Mr. and Mrs. 
Clarence Fountain and son of Remus; and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Johnson, Mr. and 
Mrs. Palmer Hall and family, Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Hall and family and Mr. and 
Mrs. Roy Hall of Belding.
