Lauretta B. Hall, 57, Sheridan, passed away Thursday, June 20, 1996, at Sheridan
Community Hospital.  She was born April 11, 1939, in Lakeview, the daughter of
Clossen and Bertha Bowers Wilson.  She attended Grace Baptist Church in Ionia. 
She worked at Pete’s Restaurant in Ionia, was a licensed babysitter in Ionia
County and a Sunday School teacher.

Surviving are four daughters, Laura Ortiz and LuAnn Dean, both of Ionia, and
Tina Perry and Mary Crites, both of Stanton; one son Sidney Perry of Sheridan;
14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; one brother David Davis of
Belding; special friend James Arnett of Sheridan.  She was preceded in death by
her husband, George Hall, in 1984, one brother and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Grace Baptist Church in
Ionia with the Rev. Marvis Hale officiating.  Interment will be in Tuttle
Cemetery.  Visiting hours will be today from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to
4 and 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Rich Street Chapel of Cook Funeral Home in Ionia. 
Memorial contributions may be made to the Grace Baptist Church Memorial Fund.
