MILDRED HALL

LAKE ODESSA-Mildred Hall, 82, of Route 2 South State Road, Lake Odessa, died 
Sunday morning in Pennock Hospital, Hastings.

Born May 2, 1893, in Odessa Township, she was the daughter of John and Katie 
Seybold Henderson.

She attended Bippley rural school and graduated from Lake Odessa  High School in 
1911. She attended Ionia County Normal, Central Michigan University and Ferris 
State College.

She taught school in the Lake Odessa area for several years.

She was married to Irvin Hall in February 1924 in Allegan. He preceded her in 
death Nov. 8, 1974.

She was a member of the Lakewood United Methodist Church, the West Berlin Aid 
Society and the Farm Bureau.

Surviving are three sisters, Florence Eckhardt and Marian Henderson of Lake 
Odessa and Olive Henderson of Battle Creek, and numerous nieces, nephews and 
cousins.

A brother, James and a sister, Ethel Bailey preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. from the Koops Funeral Chapel, 
Lake Odessa, with the Revs. Ward Pierce and Duane Walter officiating.

Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.

The family will be at the funeral home Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
