Mistaken for a deer, Lee Hall, a prominent attorney of Ionia, Mich., was shot and instantly killed in the woods near Fibre, Chippewa county, by S.G. Miller, a well known lumberman, Under a special statute a case of this kind is deemed Manslaughter with a maximum on conviction of ten years in prison.
