The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, July 6, 1965
A former resident of Palo and Ionia area, Pearl W. Hall, 87, died Sunday 
evening at his Lexington home.  He was born in Ronald township October 14, 
1877 and had lived at Lexington the past two and a half years. Mr. Hall 
previously resided 36 years in Palo and had also lived in Ionia and Chicago.  
He was a member of Ionia Masonic Lodge and Palo Methodist church.  In 1902 he 
was married to Sara Johnston who died in 1957 and later married Muriel Wedlake 
of Lexington who survives.  Other survivors include a son, Allen J. Hall of 
Kalamazoo and two grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Palo Methodist church with 
burial at Palo cemetery. The body will be at Stebbins funeral home in Sheridan 
until Thursday noon.
