Ionia Standard, 13 Jan 1911

The body of John Hallahan, a long-time resident of Muir, was brought to the city
Thurs. for interment in Mount Olivet cemetery.  Rev. Fr. Merke officiated.  Mr.
Hallahan had been interested in the cement contracting business there for many
years.  Three children, James, John and Mamie survive, beside the window.
