Royal E. Haller Sr., 51, died suddenly of a heart attack at his farm home 
seven miles northwest of Lake Odessa late Monday afternoon. 

Born March 1, 1895 in Berlin township on the farm on which he died, his 
parents were Charles and Frances Haller.  Mr. Haller married Racie Lepard on 
April 29, 1914.  He was a member of the Berlin Wesleyan Methodist church.  He 
is survived by his wife, Racie K. Haller, one daughter, Lola Marie, who is at 
home; two sons, Royal Jr. and Keith of Lake Odessa, and three grandchildren.  

His body is at the farm home.  The funeral will be held from the Berlin 
Wesleyan Methodist church Thursday at 2 p.m.  Interment will be in Lakeside 
cemetery in Lake Odessa.
