LAWRENCE "SCOTT" HAMILTON of Lansing
Born June 14, 1961 at Ionia
Died January 21, 2016-age 54.
Graduated Portland High school in 1979, where he was 2nd chair in the concert band.
Was an accomplisher Trumpet player, played "Taps" in many local military funerals.
Graduated from Ferris State University in 1984 with Bachelor's degree in Marketing &
Sales. Devoted himself to being the top automobile salesman
Enjoyed the outdoors activities, boating, camping, NASCAR and music.
Met his wife Rebecca Kullberg at Lake Leelanau and married in 1984.
Preceded in death by his mother, Jean Ellen Hamilton in 1999, and grand-mother Mary
Margaret Hamilton in 2013.
Survived by father, Lawrence Edward Hamilton and nephew Eric Hamilton of Kalamazoo,
brother Jeff, niece & nephew of Kalamazoo.
Memorial services will be Friday, January 29 at 2:00 p.m. at Palmer Bush & Jensen
family Funeral Home, Holt-Delhi Chapel, 5035 Holt Rd, Holt, MI, with Pastor Brad Kidder of
Riverview Church officiating.
