Lake Odessa Wave - January 26, 1983
           ANNA HAMILTON
   LAKE ODESSA  -  Anna Hamilton, 99, of Lake Odessa, died Saturday afternoon in
Kent Community Hospital.
   Born Feb. 16, 1883, in Switzerland she was the daughter of Fritz and Magdelina
Gigi.  She moved with her 
family to Tecumseh, Mi., in 1892 and attended schools there.  She was married to
Evlyn Hamilton in 1911.  He 
preceded her in death Feb. 12, 1980.
   She was a member of Calvary United Brethren Church, Lake Odessa.
   She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Hazel Aldred of Birmingham; 13
grandchildren; 13 great 
grandchildren; and 9 great great grandchildren.
   One daughter, Grace Saunders, preceded her in death Oct. 7, 1978.
   Funeral services were Monday at 2 p.m. from the Pickens-Koops Funeral Chapel,
Lake Odessa, the Rev. 
George Speas officiating.
   Burial was in Lakeside Cemetery.
