She had been ill for a long time and about a year ago moved to Phoenix, for her health. She lived with a daughter, Mrs. Fred Reina. She was born in Ionia in August, 1892, daughter of Anna and Gilbert Ketchum. She attended Ionia schools and lived here all her life until moving to Arizona. She was married to Howard Hamlin. While in Ionia she was a member of the First Baptist church. She leaves two daughters, Mrs. Reina of Phoenix, Ariz., and Mrs. Lynn Hall of Portland, Ore.; a son, Robert, of Rockford; and a brother, Merrell, of Ionia. All her children were at her bedside at her death. Services will be held in Phoenix with burial there.
