Annette (Dino) M. Hammer, 26, died Friday evening at Ionia County Memorial
Hospital after a long illness.  Born May 18, 1958, in Grand Rapids, she was the
daughter of John and Nora Hankinson Hammer.  She graduated from Saranac High
School in 1976 and had been attended Grand Rapids Junior College.  She was a
member of the United Sclerdoma Foundation.

Her father preceded her in death in 1977.  Surviving are her mother and
stepfather, Donald and Nora J. Kauffman of Saranac; four sisters, Georgienna M.
Hammer of Grand Rapids, Mrs. Brian (Beth Ann) Kelly of Grand Rapids, Terri L.
Hoopman of Tennessee, and Susan M. Kauffman, also of Grand Rapids, one brother,
Gerald V. (Connie) Kauffman of Sault Ste. Marie, and grandparents, Alice
Kauffman of Ionia and Mr. and Mrs. William Hankinson of Grand Rapids.  Also
surviving are aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Trinity United Church of
Christ, 2725 Four Mile Road N.W., Grand Rapids, with the Rev. William Rigg
officiating.  Cremation will follow.  The family will be at Lake Funeral Home,
Saranac, Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 8:30 p.m.  A memorial for Ionia
Hospice has been established.
