Lake Odessa Wave-Thurs. December 28, 1939

NORMAN HAMMOND DIES IN ANN ARBOR HOSPITAL
Norman Hammond, son of Mr and Mrs William hammond, of Alma, but formerly of Lake 
Odessa, died at the University hospital following an operation, Wednesday, The 
funeral will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m.,at Alma.

Norman was a school boy here. He graduated at Alma last Spring then entered 
Mt.Pleasant where he was when taken ill.

He leaves a father, mother and one sister.
