When fourteen years old he started out in life for himself and worked for S. Dickenson in Ronald for many years. On May 14, 1904 he was married to Miss Eva Cornell, of Palo. His death occurred at his home in Ronald September 27 at the age of 37 years five months and 10 days. He died in the arms of his beloved wife and fell peacefully to sleep. He leaves his wife and one son, Baby Kenneth, age three, four brothers, Grodon, of Bellaire, Frank Zack, Amasa, of Palo, and his father and many friends. The funeral was held Friday at one o’clock at the house and two o’clock at the Baptist church. The casket was covered with beautiful flowers and he was laid quietly to rest in the Palo cemetery. The funeral was largely attended.
