Dorothy J. Haney, 65, of 1501 Deborah Drive, Lowell, a former Belding resident,
died Friday at Metropolitan Hospital, Grand Rapids.  Born May 17, 1925, in Grand
Rapids, she was the daughter of Clarence and Ila Huddleston Whitley.  She was
married to Milo Haney Nov. 6, 1948, in Indiana; he died Nov. 3, 1977.

Surviving are two sons, Bryan of Belding and John of Orleans; two sisters, Mrs.
Jack (Barbara) Forrester of Cedar Springs and Mrs. Raymond (Margaret) Bosman of
Middleville; and two brothers, Roger Whitley of Grand Rapids and Dan Delacher,
also of Grand Rapids.

Graveside services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the River Ridge Cemetery,
Belding, with the Rev. Floyd McCrimmon officiating.  A memorial has been
established for the American Cancer Society in care of Johnson Funeral Home. 
The family will be at the funeral Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m.
