FORREST HANEY
   LAKE ODESSA --  Mr. Forrest Haney 71 of 1300 Tupper Lake Street, died Saturday,
October 24, 1981 at Pennock Hospital.  He was born October 31, 1910 in  Odessa Township 
the son of Lloyd and (Lottie (Shellenbarger) Haney.  He attended Lake Odessa Rural Schools.
   He married Laura Desgranges, Desgrangges, December 24, 1944 in Lake Odessa.
   He was employed by the Lake Odessa Canning Co. for twenty-five years and for
twenty-one years owned and operated his own service station, retiring in 1976.
   He was a member of the Calvary United Brethren Church.
   Mr. Haney is survived by his wife, Laura;  several cousins and a lot of friends.
   Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m Tuesday, October 27, from the
Pickens_Koops Funeral Chapel of Lake Odessa.  Rev. George Speas officiating.  Burial 
will be in Lakeside Cemetery.
