Calvin was born on Feb. 4, 1952, in Ionia, to Robert and Genevieve Pinkston Hanline. Calvin was raised in the Sheridan and McBride area and attended Montabella Schools. He was employed by Ray’s Trucking Co. in Monroe. Calvin lived in the Six Lakes area about 18 years. He loved golfing, hunting, fishing and stock car racing. Calvin is survived by his mother, Genevieve Hanline of McBride; his father, Robert Hanline of Allegan; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Rick Hanline of St. Louis, Robert Keith and Leslie Hanline of Six Lakes; a daughter, Jessica Abbot of Stanton; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Larry and Linda Hanline of Holt, Mark Hanline of Blanchard, Matthew and Melissa Hanline of Stanton; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Ann Bouchey of Gallipolis, Ohio, Andrea Hanline of Sidney, Maureen and Dean Young of Stanton; two grandchildren, Jordan and Danielle Hanline; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Calvin are 11 a.m. Friday at Brigham Funeral Chapel, Six Lakes, with Pastor John Jackim officiating.
