                            SAMUEL H. HANLINE

SHERIDAN - Samuel H. Hanline, 45, of 2312 Wise Road, Sheridan, died at Sheridan 
Community Hospital Sunday.

Mr. Hanline was born Oct. 30, 1934, in Ionia, the son of Robert and Carrie 
Hanline. He was a resident of Sheridan since April 1979, and was lifelong 
resident of Ionia before that. He was employed as a Millwright at General Tire.

Surviving Mr.Hanline are his wife, the former Nancy Long; one daughter, Colleen 
Hanline of Ionia; one son, Samuel Gene Hanline of Woodard Lake; his mother, 
Mrs.Carrie Hanline of Ionia; three brothers, Robert Hanline of McBride, Donald 
Hanline of Muir, and Gerald Hanline of Ionia.

Services will be held Wednesday in the First Congregational Church of Sheridan, 
with the Rev.Gerald W.Bowen officiating.Friends and relatives may call at  the 
Hanline residence on Wise Road in Sheridan.

There will be no visitation at the Stebbins and Simpson-Funeral Home, which 
handled the arrangements.

Cremations will be the Graceland Crematory in Grand Rapids.

Contributions may be made to the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Society or the 
charity of one's choice.
