Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon by the Rev. Robert Carson 
for Earl B. Hanna, 71, who died Saturday at Pennock Hospital, Hastings, where 
he had been a patient for several days.  He had been ill with arthritis for a 
number of years.

In his younger years he did scout work and had resided on his farm a half mile 
north of Sunfield until six years ago when he and Mrs. Hanna moved to town.

He is survived by his wife, the former Millie Cure; two sons, Harold of 
Sunfield and Roy of Kalamazoo; and four grandchildren.

Burial was in Sunfield township cemetery.
