David Lee Harden, 61, of Brutus, died peacefully in his sleep Friday, April 29,
2005.  Dave was born June 8, 1943, to Harold and Florence Harden of Belding.   
He was married to Pauline Anne Harden of Belding on Oct. 26, 1963.  Dave was a
member of First Baptist Church of Belding and the Belding Sportsmans Club.  He
was employed by Belding Products until it closed in 1987, at which time he
relocated to Alanson.

Dave was preceded in death by his parents; and beloved sister, Judy Harden of
Belding.  He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Anne; son, Bret A. and Bonii
Harden of Pierson; daughter, Jodi L. and Jim Bassingtwaite of Pellston; five
grandchildren, Erin, Teresa, Emily, Mark, Jonathon; and niece, Kathy Hopkins
Case of Belding.

Memorial services are 3 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church of Belding.  A
luncheon in the fellowship hall will immediately follow the services.  In lieu
of flowers, contributions may be made to the Harden family care of First Baptist
Church of Belding or Grace Community Church of Pellston.  The family is being
served by Charles G. Parks Funeral Home, Petoskey.
