                          ALICE M. HARDEN

IONIA - Alice M.Harden, 94, of Ionia died Monday afternoon in Ionia Manor.

She was born in Wabash, S.Dak., Feb. 27, 1888, the daughter of William and Julia 
Green Stanton. She moved to Michigan in the early 1900s, and was married to 
George Harden in 1905. He preceded her in death March 21, 1960.

She is survived by one son, Walter of Ionia; and three daughters, Mrs. Florence 
Crankshaw of Belding, and Mrs. Cora Baldwin and Mrs.Laura Staal, both of Ionia; 
14 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.

Also surviving is a brother, Amos Stanton of Ionia. She was receded in death by 
a daughter, Vermah Harden, two sisters, and four brothers.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the Leddick Funeral Home, the 
Rev. Edwin Mendenhall of Saranac Community Church officiating.

Burial will be in Tuttle Cem.

The family will be at the funeral home Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
