EXCERPTS FROM OBITUARY

George Hare died February 22, 1936, age 66, at home in Bloomer township 
(Montcalm County)
Born May 6, 1869
Son of Edwin and Ledoskie Hare
Married Julia Watts, December 29, 1894
One son, Volney
Funeral at Palo Methodist Epsicopal church
Pallbearers:  Orrin Middleton, Chris Lutz, Don Merithew, Jay Carey, Rene 
Greenhoe and John Buckley
Interment in Palo cemetery

From  Ionia County News, Feb. 27, 1936
Funeral services for the late George Hare, of Bloomer township, were held at 
the Palo M.E. church Tuesday afternoon, February 25 with burial in the Palo 
cemetery.  Mr. Hare is survived by the widow and one son, Volney Hare.
