He had just had his 75th birthday.Glen's family was one of his greatest joys.He loved music, laughter and classic cars.He also served in the army during Vietnam War. He had great compassion for people with disabilities-much like his dear mother Ruby who was an advocate for his younger sister Martha "Tootie." He would go out of his way for anyone that needed help or a friend. He loved Jesus and would share the Gospel with anyone who would listen. Glen is survived by Kathy Harley and his two children Wendy (Andrew) Grant and Jason (Alicia) Harley. He will be dearly missed by his grandchildren Sebastian Grant, Isaac Harley,Jude Harley,Lucia Harley and Mirielle Harley. Glen has one remaining sister Carole (John) LaRue and many beloved nieces, nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews. A visitation with Glen's family will be at 10:00 AM on Monday, August 7 with a memorial service at 11:00 AM at Christ Church PCA, 2500 Breton Rd.SE. Grand Rapids,Michigan 49546.
