The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Saturday, October 29, 1988
Vida M. Harman, 84, of 6811 Clarksville, Portland, died October 27, at a 
Lansing hospital.  She was born March 30, 1904 in St. Joseph County, the 
daughter of Riley and Julia (Reichert) Harman.  

She is survived by three sisters, Hilda Harman of Portland Minerva and Bertha 
Harman of Lansing; several nieces and nephews.

She was retired from the Barley-Earhart Company of Portland.

Funeral services will be Monday at 1 p.m. at the Neller Funeral Home in 
Portland, the Rev. Stanley Finkbeiner officiating.  Burial will be in Burr Oak 
Cemetery in Athens.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Heart Fund at 
the funeral home.  Pallbearers will be Gregory Gleason, Steven Austin, Phil 
Berryhill, Larry Roth, Dale Stiffler and Dan Sandborn.
