Lake Odessa Wave-Thursday April 28, 1949

Mrs. Harper, 59, Died Unexpectedly
Mrs. Bessie Harper, 59, died Tuesday evening at Pennock Hospital.

She was born Sept. 8, 1889 in Adam county, Ind., and had resided at Mason,Mich. 
before coming here in 1937. She was a member of the Nazarene church at Mason.

Surviving are her husband Charles, two daughters, Mrs.Marie Williams of Jackson
and Mrs Thanlina Raffler of Pontiac, one son Roland Holdridge of Lake Odessa, 
one brother Clifford David of Jackson, thirteen grandchildren and one great-
grandchild.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at the Pickens Chapel at 3:30 p.m with 
burial in Lakeside Cemetery.
