Ionia Sentinel Standard, Oct 1997

Lee C. Harrington, 91, of Ionia died Tuesday evening, Oct.  21, at his home.  He
was born May 1, 1906 in Ionia, the son of Alfred and Clora (Clifford)
Harrington.  He attended rural schools in Ionia.  He worked at Gibson’s in
Greenville and Belding.  In 1971 he worked at Yonan’s Apple Orchard in Ionia.

He is survived by several cousins.  He was preceded in death by his parents and
one brother, Ovett Harrington.

Memorial services will be conducted Friday, Oct.  31, at 11 a.m. at Shiloh
Community Church with Rev. Kenneth Harger officiating.  Interment will be in
Higbee Cemetery.  Cook Funeral Home in Ionia is in charge of arrangements.
