Ionia Sentinel Standard, 19 Mar 1935

Mrs. Emily E. Harrington, 76, died at her home in Ronald township Tuesday 
morning at 5:30 o’clock following a fall about two months ago in which broke 
her hip.  She was born in Montcalm county and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. 
John Snyder.  Following her marriage she has made her residence at Cook’s 
corners and in Ronald township.

Surviving besides the husband, Guy Harrington, is one son, Cleve, at home, a 
sister, Mrs. Minnie Holcomb and a brother, Edward Snyder, of Ionia.  

Funeral services will be conducted from the residence Thursday afternoon at 2 
o’clock with Rev. Paul L. Stewart officiating.  Interment at the family lot at 
Higbee cemetery.
