Harroun, died at her home on the north side at 8:30 last Friday night after a long and lingering illness of that terrible disease known as consumption. Mrs. Harroun, at the time of her death, was 41 years, 9 months and 4 days old. Lusetta Buttermore was born in Wayne county, Ohio, December 11, 1863 and moved with her parents to Michigan in 1881, locating at Trufant. She was married to Mr. Harroun on September 16th, 1887, having passed away the day previous to her 18th anniversary. Besides her husband, she leaves five children, a mother, five brothers and four sisters, who will mourn her departure. The funeral was held at the late home on Monday and was conducted by Rev. E. K. Evans, pastor of the Latter Day Saints church in Grand Rapids, she being a firm believer in the doctrines of that church. The remains were laid at rest in Otisco cemetery, Monday, where they were borne by a large number of friends who will ever miss her kind and loving welcome.
